CODE OF CONDUCT

1. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior and responsibilities expected from every User (any individual, production company, client, artist, or entity who accesses, views, contributes, collaborates with, or uses the Company’s services, platforms, or content) engaging with Xcel Film Studios Pvt. Ltd. (the Company), whether through our platform, projects, events, or collaborative workspaces. By continuing to associate with the Company, the User agrees to comply fully with this Code.

2. The User shall engage in the Company’s services, productions, or communications only for lawful, respectful, and authorized purposes. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information when required, and maintain confidentiality of any access credentials or sensitive data they receive during their association.

3. The User shall not engage in any of the following:

• Misrepresenting identity, age, qualifications, or affiliation with the Company or any other party;
• Sharing, performing, or submitting any content that is false, offensive, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory, harassing, or illegal;
• Using or submitting content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets, without proper authorization;
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with any of the Company’s systems, equipment, files, or communication channels;
• Promoting unauthorized advertisements, marketing, or spam in any form during collaborations or while using company spaces or networks;
• Recording, sharing, or leaking any behind-the-scenes, unreleased, or internal content without written permission from the Company;
• Disrupting the collaborative, respectful, and creative environment expected on sets, in studios, or during meetings.

4. The User agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any production details, concepts, footage, or other sensitive material they may be exposed to during their engagement with the Company, and to refrain from disclosing such material to third parties without written authorization.

5. The Company reserves the right to monitor interactions, behavior, and content to ensure adherence to this Code. Violation of this Code may result in suspension or termination of engagement, removal from ongoing or future projects, legal consequences, or a ban from future associations.

6. The User acknowledges sole responsibility for their actions and agrees to bear the consequences of any misconduct. The User shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their breach of this Code.

7. The Company may revise this Code of Conduct at any time. Continued association after any changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
